Everyone (whether they have symptoms of colon cancer or not) should research which food can keep them healthy and safe from diseases like cancer and should make sure that they develop a habit of consuming them on a daily basis. Statistics show a death toll of 52,000 (from colon cancer) in 2007, in the U.S. alone.
